Manage the Accounts Receivable. Daily invoicing, Deposits, Check mail, Filing, Receive payments in Quickbooks, Send BOLs required for invoicing and follow up on aged receivables.
Must have experience with Quickbooks. Strong ability to multi-task and proactive with contacting customers to confirm received invoices and follow up on past due receivables.
Trucking company based in Yakima since 2011. Offer paid Medical insurance after 90 days.
