Coaxsher is hiring for an Inside Sales Agent who is responsible for selling Coaxsher products and truly servicing our dealer network. The Inside Sales Agent will reach business targets through excellent telephone/internet/social media sales and communications skills. This individual will create sales leads, initiation of prospect calls, and establishment of ongoing rapport with existing and potential customers. Integrity, vision, and passion are essential for this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

2 year College Degree (AA or AAS)

2 to 3 Years of direct work experience in a sales capacity

2 years Volunteer or Paid Firefighter or EMT

Love of the outdoors and the gear required for it

Requirements:

Sales experience

Self-motivated

Good communication skills

Pass a criminal background check

Using creative and established methods this team member will be ready to disrupt our industry with innovative ideas in how to better reach our current customers and establish new leads. Below are some of the duties that this position calls for.

Duties:

Listen to our customers and assist them in a genuine manner

Cold-call prospects that are generated by external sources of lead.

Identify decision makers to begin sales process.

Help our dealer network have superior product knowledge for the Coaxsher brand

Collaborate with Sales Supervisor to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.

Maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects.

Ensure follow-ups with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, and so on.

Set up and deliver sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales actions.

Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients.

Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events.

Make follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and e-mail to cross-sell and up-sell.

Work closely with production team

Overcome objections of prospective customers, help them understand why Coaxsher is their best choice

Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.

Coordinate customer training as necesasary.

Attend periodic sales training where applicable.

Appropriately communicate brand identity. Coaxsher has a story and our customers have helped build that.
