A Receptionist/Back Office/Marketing Assistant is needed in our well-established Boat Marine in the Lake Chelan/Manson Area.
We are looking for a special individual with a friendly presence and positive attitude. The right person has a smiling telephone voice, great energy, and excellent communication and organizational skills. One day you may be in the office answering phones and entering invoices while the next day you will be out on a boat or at a boat launch promoting the services at Mill Bay Marine.
Mill bay Marine is service oriented, aiming to provide the best value to our customers for the services we offer. We specialize in Boat Storage, Boat Rentals, Self-Storage and in boat mechanical maintenance using OEM and high quality parts and materials. We store boats and RVs up to 40 feet in length and have outside, three-side covered and inside storage in a new state of the art storage facility. Our 40,000 square foot service facility can handle most mechanical repairs, including marine re-power and out-drive replacement.
ALSO NEEDED:
- Strong Computer Skills, Practice Management Software, Microsoft Office
- Professional, Reliable, and Accountable
- Fun attitude and collaborative team player
Shift Available: Our hours right now are Monday-Saturday 9:00am to 5pm. We can be flexible with your schedule but are looking for someone who could work about 4-6 hours 3-5 Days a week.
