Technical duties include:
Answering telephones and directing calls as necessary
Managing team member calendars
Preparing meeting materials
Scanning, indexing and filing client documents
Managing office supplies
Preparing/submitting government forms
Contacting clients for information
Prepare/create/edit professional documents
Creating, testing and implementing standard processes
Skills & Abilities:
Proficiency in Excel and Word
Moderate proficiency in Adobe
Strong computer skills
Strong editing skills
Ability to work well under tight deadlines
Ability to prioritize workload
Adaptability in changing processes and duties
Ability to communicate professionally
High attention to detail and ability to problem solve
Willingness to assist other team members when needed
Ability to learn wealth management products and procedures
Fingerprinting will be necessary for assisting in wealth management. The job will occasionally require overtime. Some Saturdays during the tax season may need to be worked, as well as other occasional high-volume days.
