Firefly is hiring for an Administrative Assistant / Billing Coordinator position. A positive, energetic personality is required. Must have good phone skills. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills are needed to perform well in this position. Experience in Quickbooks is desired. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a very fast paced environment will be important as this job has a busy workload. The duties will include: bookkeeping duties such as accounts payable, accounts receivables, bank reconciliations, payroll, interaction with customers, phones, scheduling, billing, ordering, answering service related questions, etc. If interested, please respond by email with your resume.

Office experience - 2+ years
Accounting Degree a plus
Quickbooks experience is important
