Job Title: Wellness Representative
Summary:
The Wellness Representative will be responsible for aggressively growing Membership and Product Sales.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below:
Aggressively target new members within an assigned territory and produce consistent sales results that meet or exceed defined sales production quota.
Retain and expand membership.
Complete training and represent a thorough knowledge of our wellness solutions, Osteogenic Loading or Skeletal Strength Training, Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy, Alkaline Water, Supplements and Massage.
Drive regular one-to-many group sessions and events for new members.
Take prospects through one-on-one new member sessions.
About 50% of time will be taking existing members through their regular weekly sessions.
All other duties as assigned (Some weekends and evenings required).
Qualifications:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory.
Have a passion to present (with or without Microsoft PowerPoint).
History of sales or marketing experience.
Must have go PC skills, Internet, email, Microsoft Office and Windows.
Experience with Microsoft Publisher, Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator are a plus.
Social media experience with constant contacts, facebook, Instagram and youtube is a plus.
Education/Experience
A technical school or college degree (sales, marketing, business, etc.) is preferred; an equivalent combination of lesser degree and experience in Marketing and Sales will be considered.
Computer Skills:
Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software, Internet software and e-mail. Ability to learn billing software systems and access online support/tools.
Job Type:Part-time
Salary: Base Plus Bonuses
Experience: Sales, Marketing or Business Development background is a plus.
