Children's Dentistry of Wenatchee is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic professional to join our team! Applicants must possess the drive to provide uncompromising patient care, have a whatever it takes attitude, love new challenges and strive for personal and professional growth.
This position supports our team by managing the daily patient schedule, answering multiple phone lines, patient check in/out, over the counter payments, entering/verifying insurance, and presenting treatment estimates. This position will also assist the office manager in posting insurance payments.
1 or more years of experience is strongly preferred, an outgoing and enthusiastic personality is a MUST! Experience with children (inside or outside dental setting) is a definite plus. Requirements:
Minimum of 1 Year experience with dental/medical scheduling.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to multitask & keep organized.
Basic computer and proficient typing skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualities of professionalism, warm, friendly personality, and service oriented.
Being flexible and having a "can-do" positive attitude is a must! Our passion for kids keeps us giving at 110%
Job Type:
Monday-Thursday 8:00-5:00 (some Fridays as needed)
Full-time 32-40 hours/week
