WineGirl Wines is hiring tasting room associates for both our Leavenworth and Manson locations. Candidates must be able to multi-task to ensure excellent, customer service and effectively maintain a spotless, organized tasting room. Ideal candidate must be SALES driven, be able to take responsibility for assigned tasks as well as communicate the status of assigned tasks to management, help to coordinate events and possibly assist with social media updates. You must be able to deliver a memorable experience conveying our winery's unique story.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays and evenings.

Skills Required:
You love making people happy
Ability to lift 45 pounds repeatedly (cases of wine)
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
Friendly, hospitable, and professional
Keep track of multiple customers and activities simultaneously
Ability to Operate a Point of Sale system.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays
Experience in wine or hospitality
Sales Experience
Experience in working in a tasting room or pouring at wine related events
