Sleeping Lady Mountain Resort in Leavenworth, Washington is seeking experienced Line Cooks. The successful candidate will support the Executive Chef, and food and beverage staff, in preparation of quality meals that meet or exceed Sleeping Lady standards of excellence.
Essential Functions:
Prepare and cook daily menu items as directed by Executive Chef.
Advise Executive Chef of low inventory items.
Assist in receiving of food and beverage supplies and inventory as required.
Maintain a clean, neat and well-organized work area, including but not limited to reach-ins, walk-ins and counters.
May assist with other kitchen duties as needed.
A flexible schedule is required including nights and weekends. Candidates must have the ability to move freely throughout our 45 acre property, including spaces without elevators. Grooming standards include no visible tattoos. This is an hourly position starting at $17.00 per hour.
Sleeping Lady is a premier resort destination at the foot of the Cascade Mountains near Leavenworth, Washington.
