Club Pet is looking for a new Pet Care Attendant. Is it you? If so, we'd love to have you on our team.
Our Pet Care Attendants handle boarding, day camp and group play for family pets around the Wenatchee Valley. We're a home away from home for our 'campers' and work hard to ensure they are the happiest pets in the Valley when they stay with us.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Enjoy making pets and people happy
Be a team player, follow directions and maintain a positive attitude
Present yourself well to the public
High school diploma or equivalent
Demonstrate a positive rapport with animals. Experience with animal behavior is a plus
Basic computer skills and ability to handle money
Must pass drug screening test
Able to safely lift and carry 75 pounds.
Minimum 18 years old
Must be available to work holidays and weekends
Retail experience is a plus
RESPONSIBILITIES
Animal Care
Be an enthusiastic team member helping customers, pets, staff and volunteers
Provide quality animal care to give humane protection and treatment of animals
Feed and exercise animals
Clean and disinfect cages, kennels, and food dishes to meet written standards
Fill out reports accurately, completely, and on time
Maintain a clean, safe environment for people and pets
Some outside work may be required
