Looking for someone to RENT and MAINTAIN historical apartment buildings in NW Spokane and on the South Hill.
You will be trained by the owner himself - Must be willing to learn.
Manager will be responsible for:
-renting apartments to GOOD TENANTS - must check references and be a good judge of character
-delivering notices
-attending court due to eviction
-corresponding with Accountant, Lawyer, Agencies and Owner
-taking calls from tenants
-taking calls from potential renters
APPLICANT MUST NOT BE AFRAID TO TALK THEIR SKILLS
Candidate MUST have a cell phone, vehicle and a computer.
Must be willing to drive to meet with tenants/potential renters at each apartment location.
MUST BE WILLING TO LEARN.
Must be trustworthy, honest, and able to deal with difficult situations. REFERENCES NEEDED
This person must be dependable and able to answer their phone between the hours of 9am-9pm.
REFERENCES WILL BE CHECKED
Maintenance Experience is required
MUST own your own tools.
MUST have reliable transportation (Truck would be an asset)
Apartment buildings are old & Historical - Full-time Maintenance is required.
Once vacant, the apartment must be turned around quickly to be re-rented to good tenants
Pay:
Hourly wage ($16-$20/HR) depending on experience + bonus for each apartment rental.
