Our full-time and part-time In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generation Specialists earn $13.00 - $20.00/hr. A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN IN-STORE SALES REPRESENTATIVE / LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST
As an In-Store Sales Representative / Lead Generation Specialist, you arrive for each shift excited to meet new people and generate leads for Trademark Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning. You get to be out in the field working at a major home improvement retail store location. You love chatting with people and make personal connections easily. You initiate conversations with, explain our services to, and collect basic contact information from potential clients.
You are highly motivated and enjoy the challenge of reaching your personal sales goalsand love seeing your efforts pay off in your paycheck. You feel good about representing a company with a solid reputation and playing an important part in their success.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN IN-STORE SALES REPRESENTATIVE / LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST
-Ability to pass a background check
-Ability to pass a drug test
Previous sales experience is a plus, but we will train you how to easily approach customers and gather the needed information. Are you friendly, personable, and love meeting new people? WORK SCHEDULE
