Requirements:
Proficient in all Microsoft programs
Must be highly organized and dependable.
Able to work independently.
Ability to identify and meet resident's needs.
Maintain and increase occupancy.
Effectively communicate to current residents.
Maintain a successful renewal program.
Market the property and generate prospective resident visits to the property.
Give tours of the furnished model apartments.
Follow-up with prospective residents.
Continue the success of the current lease renewal program.
