Local Nationally Franchised Property Management Firm seeks full time leasing agent.
The Leasing Agent is responsible for direct interaction with prospective and current customer tenants.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Handling inquiries from prospective tenants
2. Recording and maintaining prospective tenant information in the agency database
3. Partnering with the Property Manager to prepare advertisements for available rental properties
4. Maintaining an accurate, up-to-date record of available rental properties
5. Demonstrating available rental properties to prospective tenants
6. Preparing incoming property condition reports
7. Responsible to submit weekly feedback from prospective renters for vacant properties
8. Entering lease agreements/creating leases
Some experience in sales/marketing or a service-related industry with
Computer proficiency
The Leasing Agent is highly organized with strong time management skills and an understanding of prioritization. Naturally driven to provide excellent customer service and to instill trust, the Leasing Agent is a natural communicator with good negotiation skills, the ability to work independently, and a professional demeanor
