Work systems in place for transaction processing
Organize and submit monthly advertisements
Create and prepare mailings, data base management
Prepare daily task lists with the ability to prioritize
Coordinate appointments with clients, photographers, inspectors, etc
Open to learn new programs and grow with the position

Have a pleasant demeanor and be comfortable interacting with the public, co-workers and other Real Estate professionals
General computer work including the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, etc)
Willing to run errands
Hours: Full-time, 40 hrs / week
