Carnahan Glen is a luxury community located near the South Hill with (currently) 122 units.
We are a large property management firm looking for a Full-Time- 40 Hours/week Community Manager to finish a lease-up for this beautiful, (phased) new property. Typical schedule will be Monday-Friday 8-5, but some weekends will be required. Have impeccable customer service skills, great social media and marketing capabilities, and love to help others find their new home! This applicant should be goal driven, energy rich, insightful, team-building, and like to have fun while accomplishing our goals! Salary + Leasing Bonus.' This is a fast-paced position.
At least one year of property management experience in a management position is required.
Lease-up experience is also required.
Responsibilities include: leasing, collecting rents, a light bookkeeping function, as well as administrative paperwork. Computer experience with intermediate skills in Internet, Windows, Word, and Excel (tested), and attention to detail are important.
After a 60-day orientation period, the benefits package includes, medical, dental; vacation and sick leave after 90-days and 401(k) after one year.
