Webfront Stores operates 3 online retail stores and a small local store in Spokane Valley. We sell a variety of products to businesses, government agencies, automotive professionals and residential consumers nationwide, including garage storage organization, automotive equipment, outdoor storage and shelters, toolboxes, and gun safes. We are seeking a self-motivated, technologically savvy, positive and upbeat individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment to join our team in a temporary role for 3-6 months.
This long-term temporary position will be 40 hrs per week with a schedule of M-F, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM. Pay starting at $23 + per hour DOE.
JOB DUTIES:
Analyze on a daily basis and have desire and willingness to take on multiple tasks and functions from clerical to complicated. Provide a high-level of communication on a daily basis with a broad stakeholder group, including the Customer Service team, Management , and Vendors.
Invoicing / Billing (85%)
- Review large volume of invoices/transactions for accuracy and reconcile directly with vendors via phone and email to resolve discrepancies
- Enter all invoices/transactions in QuickBooks, including order changes that result in charges/refunds
- Work closely with Customer Service team to ensure vendor shipments are accurate
- Research and update reports regarding credits owed from vendors
- Research billing disputes
- Keep records of invoices/supporting documentation
- Refer to internal documents, such as price sheets
- Update sales tax rates in QuickBooks on a quarterly basis
Inventory Control (5%)
- Check inventory on a regular basis and reconcile discrepancies; make purchasing recommendations to management
- Receive inventory
- Assist with shipping items from warehouse, to include large and small items as needed
Website Content Maintenance (5%)
- Update online store information such as descriptions, pricing etc. as requested
Other (5%)
- Other duties as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3 years directly relatable experience required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Professional in appearance (no visible tattoos, facial piercings, etc.) and demeanor
- Proficiency in the use of web browsers, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook; web-based software; and accounting software such as QuickBooks is required.
- MUST be analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving, multi-tasking, and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal/written communication and relationship building skills
- Demonstrated experience in successfully prioritizing multiple projects with varying timelines
- Flexible and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong work ethic and works well collaboratively within own group and cross-functionally to achieve goals; able to work independently
- Deals constructively with conflict and responds professionally to team members, vendors, etc.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:
- Office hours are 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
- Successful completion of a background check and a credit check are REQUIRED.
