The Source Spokane is a ministry focused on restoring the lives of broken teens through residential programs that are facilitated at a residence for youth. We are located in the North Spokane area. This ministry primarily works with boys who have dropped out of high school or are at risk of dropping out. They currently are, or have been involved in the Juvenile Court System. The Source adjusts programming in order to accommodate the diverse needs of the boys we serve. This ensures that every teen is able to receive the full potential benefit of their time here at The Source. By showing our youth they are incredibly valuable, loved by God, and they have hope in their current circumstances, The Source consistently and continually impacts the lives of troubled youth. We are currently expanding our line staff. We provide programming 24 hours a day so are flexible with scheduling. We offer both full-time and part-time positions. You must be over 21 to apply.
