JOB DETAILS:

You will be part of a 2-person crew, mostly responsible for running a truck and trailer on a weekly mowing route. You will also be trained on other aspects of landscaping and lawn care, like shrub and tree trimming, pruning, fertilizing, maintaining the equipment, etc. We provide all on the job training. Work is seasonal from March to November.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs

- Ability to work outdoors in inclement weather

- Available from 6:30am-5pm Monday through Friday (however, most work days will only be 8 hours)

- 18+ with a valid drivers license

- Transportation to and from company headquarters near the Spokane airport

We require a pre-employment drug test. Cost must be covered by the applicant, with reimbursement from the company after a clean report. If you can't pass a drug test today (including medical/recreational marijuana), please do not contact regarding this position.

Our hiring process and pay/benefits are the following:

1. In-person interview

2. Drug test

3. Paid working interview at $12/hr

4. Pay will start at $13-14/hr with opportunities for raises

5. 2nd year of employment - become crew lead at $16-18/hr, with 3 days paid time off

6. 3rd year of employment - 2nd year of crew lead, topping out at $20/hr, with 5 days paid time off

Benefits:

- Accrue sick leave at 1 hour for every 40 hours worked. Can start taking sick leave after you accrue at least 1 hour.

- End of year bonus based on company performance as a whole.

- Paid time off after 1st year of employment.

- Opportunities for over-time work at time and a half.

- 3 months off over the winter - with connections for possible work if desired.
