The Lodge Assisted Living is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs direct nursing care activities as a member of a multidisciplinary team. The LPN provides nursing care under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) to residents in a gorgeous assisted living environment. In this position you will:
Contribute to the assessment of the patient
Participate in development of plan of care and implement aspects of care as directed by the RN
Maintain client safety
Participate in evaluating care and delegating care to qualified others such as caregivers/CNA'S
Rotate on-call assignments, and night calls and weekend assignments as directed
Monday Friday, day time hours, with rotating on-call weekendsRequired qualifications for this position include:
Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited school of Practical Nursing
Current Practical Nurse licensed to practice in Idaho State
Current CPR and First Aid
Criminal history background clearance
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
Experience working in an Assisted Living setting
Experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Senior Care)
