We are seeking an individual for a full time Dispatch position with customer service experience or a positive attitude to join our Team! You will resolve customer issues and offer solutions. We are currently seeking one full time person.
Essential Functions:
Responsible for taking, confirming, and dispatching orders placed by customers.
Responsible for communicating with drivers and customers about loads, creating maps and using dispatch software
Assist in maintaining accurate files and records of all deliveries.
Present and sell company services to new and existing customers
Prospect and contact potential customers
Resolve customer problems, inquiries and complaints
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Deadline and detail-oriented
