This position reports directly to the Vice President of Retail.
As the District Manager, you will be responsible for the success of a multi-unit district including guest experience, financial goals, culture development, staffing and training. The District Manager will create a productive working environment in the store and hire management that is dedicated to Thomas Hammer Coffee Roasting Companys culture and success as the premiere specialty coffee roaster in the Inland Northwest.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Create and execute the overall vision for each store in the district.
2. Ensure operations standards and practices are achieved. Ensure each store delivers the THCR experience to customers and team members.
3. Cultivate and grow a strong team that will deliver the THCR experience while exceeding profit and guest experience goals.
4. Meet or exceed district and store level sales and profit goals.
5. Responsible for recruiting and training store management for the district and company growth.
6. Apply innovative approaches to grow THCR into the premiere coffee roaster in the Inland Northwest.
Knowledge, Skills and Minimum Requirement
1. 3+ years proven multi-unit management work experience preferred. (2 or more stores)
2. Entrepreneurial mindset and clear thinking.
3. Ability to manage and drive financial results.
4. Excellent people development skills.
5. Excellent motivational & problem solving skills.
6. A 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience.
