This position is responsible for overall plant operations including interior and exterior maintenance. Will operate as part of the management team. Additional duties will include electrical/plumbing work, light construction, coordinating scheduled service from outside vendors, and maintaining records relating to inspections, safety trainings, and maintenance contracts.
Must have strong organizational skills as well as the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and lead a team. Ideal candidates will have building or hotel maintenance experience. Experience working with seniors and various state/local agencies for inspections is a plus. Two years of experience in a similar role is required.
