Growing locally owned commercial grounds maintenance firm is now hiring for a maintenance division manager. This is a working supervisor position that you will be required to perform irrigation maintenance related work will include sprinkler turn on, repairs, sprinkler blow outs.
Duties include but are not limited to: Supervise to 7 to 10 lawn maintenance crews, 2 special services, pruning crews and 2 to 3 irrigation repair technicians. Postion to provide and distribute daily and weekly production to all crews and ensure that work performed is of the highest quality and that production levels and goals are met.
This is a 10 month position and on call for snow and ice control.
Bilingual preferred but not required.
