Apartment Maintenance Technician wanted for the Everett area
Apartment Maintenance Technicians are crucial to apartment communities. They provide solutions to problems, work as members of a team, make sure that each new home is rent ready, and ensure that properties are something to be proud of! As part of the maintenance team, technicians are responsible for completing work orders, turnovers, and other required tasks.
Responsibilities:
-Complete work orders and turnovers independently
-Meet all time expectations set by supervisor
-Perform routine preventive maintenance
-Plumbing - Electrical - Carpentry - Appliance Repair
-Painting and Drywall patching as needed
-Maintain material and supply inventory
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in apartment communities or hotel maintenance. Open to handyman experience
-Experience with maintenance tools and equipment
-Access to personal hand tools + power drill
-Ability to handle physical workload
-Deadline and detail-oriented
