Successful I-502 Cannabis Producer/Processor located in Arlington WA is seeking 1 F/T Order Fulfillment Specialist to work Friday - Monday (7:30am - 6:30pm). The Order Fulfillment Specialist plays a key role in the organization’s success by monitoring and preparing orders for packaging and shipment. Duties and responsibilities of this position include:
- Manually entering orders into accounting software
- Using third party traceability system to process orders, create transportation manifests and transfer orders
- Using labeling software and hardware to create accurate labels with required compliance information
- Routing delivery schedules and coordinating with third-party couriers
- Communicating delivery schedules to delivery drivers and retail customers
- Creating and maintaining accurate customer records in accounting software
- Using public data to maintain accurate records of I-502 Producer, Processor and Retailer UBI numbers
- Responding to customer inquiries received via email and phone to resolve issues related to orders
- Provide administrative support to the sales team to provide excellent customer service to retail partners
- Maintaining accurate inventory records
- Assist with other clerical tasks as needed REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma/GED
1-year experience in a clerical and/or administrative support role
Exceptionally detail-oriented with a high level of data entry accuracy
Ability to work well under pressure, excellent time management skills, able to find solutions to problems as they arise and adapt to changing priorities
Confidently use Microsoft Word/ Excel/Google docs and learn new software programs quickly
Must be punctual, have a good attendance record and be dependable in delivering results
Previous experience with BigCommerce, QuickBooks Online, BioTrack THC, and/or labeling software/hardware preferred
Positive, friendly, team player with a strong work ethic
Able to handle independent and broad tasks with little or no supervision.
Present a clean, professional and positive image and appearance
Ability to sit and/or stand for up to 8 hours per day
Must be 21 years of age or older to comply with state regulations
Must pass criminal background check
Personal transportation is required. Facility is not located on a bus line. WORK SCHEDULE
Friday - Monday, 7:30am - 6:30pm with a 1 hour lunch of 8:00am - 6:30pm with a 1/2 hour lunch COMPENSATION
$15.00 per hour; wage increase to $15.50 per hour after 90 days. Two weeks Paid Time Off per year; Health Insurance Reimbursement available for eligible employees after 90 days; 7 paid holidays
