Hello-
Thank you for taking a look this posting. I'm in the yacht industry here in Anacortes. I need an assistant. Currently I can budget paying about 4-5 hours a week to go toward having some help in and around the office. So it would be half a day a week to start. I believe the right person will actually help drive business, so the budget can be increased.
This what I need:
-Basic Bookkeeping (not many transactions per month)
-Marketing plan execution.
-Social Media
-Possibly meeting with clients if I'm unavailable.
-Keeping a small one man office organized and clean.
-Helping at boat shows.
For this to be a good fit you will be: friendly, detail oriented, able to communicate with high net worth clients, have some good computer skills. and not looking for a full time position.
