We are a growing multi-site religious organization with locations across the United States looking for the right individual to be a part of our team. Our central business office is located in Sedro Woolley where we are a support to these locations by handling many functions, one of those functions being accounting.
We are currently seeking an individual for a data entry position who will be responsible for entering bills into the accounting system, preparing employee reimbursements, paying vendor invoices, uploading employee credit card expenses into the general ledger, manage & process memorized transactions, print and mail checks, prepare credit card reports for locations, manage vendor accounts, gather and upload receipts for expenses, manage expense logs, set up and manage employee and volunteer purchase cards, call employees to help guide with expenses and corrections, be a greeter at the front door for incoming clients, run errands, deliver mail and help with various accounting functions and tasks as needed.
