Care Management Program Supervisor – Mount Vernon (Skagit County)
TEN-STEP ANNUAL SALARY RANGE: $64,715 – $84,443, DOQ

The Northwest Regional Council provides community-based programs to help elders, people with disabilities and people living with behavioral health disorders, live in their own homes and communities for as long as possible, postponing or eliminating the need for institutional care.
We are seeking a skilled, team-oriented individual to supervise, direct, motivate and train members of the Case Management Program within the Care Management Unit. This position is sited in our Mount Vernon (Skagit County) office and comes with an excellent family-friendly benefit package.
