We are seeking an individual with strong mechanical ability to join our production team. This is a "hands on" position installing and adjusting punch presses, drills, mills, and other specialized equipment. This is great opportunity for a highly motivated, independent worker, with strong analytical and mechanical skills. Confidence in a machine shop environment is helpful but not required.
Required Skill Set:
Proactive, positive attitude with strong sense of accountability and responsibility
Proficient with inspection equipment (calipers and micrometers) a plus
Excellent problem solving skills
Continuous improvement of job skills and procedures
Conscientious of maintaining quality and safety standards
Proficient with Microsoft Word
Read and understand drawings
Mathematical ability
Excellent communication skills-(Verbal and Written)
Ability to manage timelines and priorities
Familiarity with 5S a plus
Strong organizational skills
Experience using a variety of tools and equipment
Reliable and Punctual
Standard Hours are Monday through Friday 6:30-3:00. Benefits include medical, HSA, 401k, PTO Policy and paid Holidays.
