We are seeking a responsible rural property caretaker/s for a large parcel of land in Rockport, Washington. This land is beautiful, quiet with big views. It feels remote, but is not far from amenities. In exchange for ongoing presence while we improve the land, we provide a lovely place to live, garden. Keeping animals (e.g. horses) is possible. You will need to provide own home (mobile home/trailer/camper), generator. We have septic, but water and power systems are not ready yet. Background check required. Thank you.
