Private community seeking entry level/mid-level maintenance technician/laborer. Candidate must be able to work independently as well in group situations. Physically demanding position that will perform majority of duties outside in all weather conditions in the caretaking of water/wastewater systems, sewer plant, roads, buildings, recreational facilities, common grounds, drainage system and associated equipment under the direction of maintenance supervisor. This position has the opportunity to become Wastewater Operator and or Water System Operator certified. (Water/Wastewater training will be provided). Must possess a valid WA drivers license and pass security/background check. Employer offers excellent benefit package, pay will be dependent on certifications/qualifications.
