Legend Brands is seeking an experienced HR Administrator/Payroll Coordinator to join our team. Successful candidate will record and process bi-weekly payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing as well as assist the HR department with general HR administration including recruiting.
Qualifications:
Over-all understanding and acumen of business administration
Demonstrated understanding of the entire payroll process
Working knowledge of payroll best practices
Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state regulations
Acute attention to detail
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to process accurate year-end reporting when necessary (W-2, W-2c, etc.)
Ability to organize, multitask, and prioritize in deadline-driven environment
Successful experience with recruiting and employee on-boarding process
Working knowledge of Kronos, ADP and experience processing payroll in Oracle a plus
Strong work ethic and team player
High degree of professionalism
Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to remain neutral and confidential at all times
Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to communicate with various levels of employees and management
Demonstrated excellent decision-making, problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Education / Experience:
Minimum 3-5+ years’ multi-state payroll experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience assisting in a HR department
Strong PC skills including proficiency in Excel
High School diploma or equivalent
