Cascadian Farm's Home Farm is recruiting hardworking and enthusiastic individuals to join our team this season!
Stand Team Members are responsible for executing smooth and efficient stand operations by providing exemplary customer service, handling transactions, serving espresso and ice cream, restocking product, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Must be willing to obtain a Washington State Food Handlers Permit.
Cascadian Farm® is one of the country's leading brands of organic foods. The story of Cascadian Farm begins over 45 years ago on a little stretch of land next to the Skagit River in the Cascade Mountains of Washington. Acquired by General Mills in 2000, Cascadian Farm sells cereals, bars, frozen fruits and vegetables, spreads, and juices.
The heart of our brand, our certified-organic Home Farm, which grows blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, sweet corn, and pumpkins. The Home Farm operates a Roadside Stand which sells farm grown produce, organic ice cream, espresso, and other snacks. The Roadside Stand receives more than 60,000 visitors during the May – October season. The farm’s mission is to advance organic and regenerative farming systems through demonstrating, educating, and advocating for a food and farming system that protects and conserves natural resources and encourages healthy communities.
Full-time and part-time positions available. This is a seasonal, hourly position.
Pay starts at $13.50/hr and increases to $14/hr after a successful training period. We are a non-tipping establishment. Free you-pick for employees. Seasonal bonus based on farm performance.
