We are looking to hire a new brewer at La Conner Brewing Company. The plan is for this person to eventually become the new head brewer and be fully responsible for all brew house operations. It is important that this individual is self motivated and hard working with a passion for brewing. We are looking for someone who wants to be here for the long term.
Necessary Qualities:
Previous brewing experience or graduate from a certified brewing program
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong work ethic
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Close attention to details
Willingness to assist with tasks outside key responsibilities
Punctuality & Reliability
Requirements:
Able to lift 55 lbs regularly, 110 lbs. from ground to waist high, and moving 150 lbs. along the floor
Stand for 8-10 hours per day
Handling of hazardous materials
