General Summary:ÂProvides housekeeping services to user groups. Performs work of a semi-skilled nature in the repair and remodeling of facilities and equipment, including electrical, plumbing, heating, painting, sheet-rock and structural systems as assigned. Supervises temporary and student assistants. Job Description: Cleans and sanitizes, in accordance with established practices/procedures, the following: restrooms and shower rooms; sleeping rooms; meeting rooms; mess halls; gymnasium; office.Performs independent semi-skilled routine maintenance of building hardware, electrical, plumbing, heating, painting, sheet-rock and structural systems as assigned. Performs work of a semi-skilled nature in the remodeling of facilities and equipment.Supervise temporary and student assistants.Sets up tables, chairs and equipment as required to accommodate guests' needs.ÂCares for and maintains inventory of: Linens; A.V. and sport equipment; tables and chairs used for set-ups.Works evenings and weekends as needed.ÂWorks overtime as required.Serves on rotating on-call maintenance schedule. Requirements: High school degree or GED.Excellent customer service skills.ÂGeneral knowledge of building maintenance tools, equipment, techniques, standards and terminology.General knowledge of custodial chemicals, equipment, techniques, standards and terminology.ÂPossess valid Washington State Driver's License with good driving record.Position requires periods of standing, walking, crouching/kneeling, climbing stairs and ladder work. Must be able to frequently lift and push/pull up to 50 pounds Additional Information: Position will remain open until filled.

Salary: DOE
