Successful Northwest Washington service organization is seeking experienced management person in connection with a management succession plan. The candidate will work within various departments for a year to obtain a working knowledge of the company’s operations, policies and procedures in preparation for assuming the top spot in the company. This is primarily a marketing position to sell the company’s services and continue growth trends. Candidates must have a minimum of ten years of increasing responsibility in key management positions.
