We are a design/build residential remodel company in Seattle that specializes in custom remodel of old homes. We do everything from structural to finish work.

We need a bags on project lead to head up one of our new crews, or, perhaps, to come with your own crew!

Everything we do is custom and we need someone that can read plans, pay attention to detail, motivate the crew, and interact well with the client. You must also have a smart phone and know how to use it :)
You must also be a jedi master at framing and finish carpentry.
You will have 1 - 2 people working for you and will also have access to a runner/laborer when needed.
We process payroll and pay every week electronically. We also give additional cash bonus's related to performance. You will find that we pay more than anyone else in our area.
FYI, we do run background checks and insist on calling at least (1) reference. You must also have a truck or suv.
