What we are looking for:
An understanding of maintenance and repair processes - including the terms and methodology
The ability to thrive in a fast pace environment and being able to handle multi-tasking with confidence.
A person who can make decisions at a moments' notice, and having the skill to know when to ask for assistance.
Good Computer skills to navigate programs, apps, and web-portals
A strong ability to communicate verbally and electronically
Someone to locate and source material
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
Must have practical experience in dispatching and the methodology behind efficient practices in dispatching.
Knowledge of different construction based materials and their respective properties
Able to work with technicians to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and professional accuracy of the completed job.
Must be able to utilize the mobile phone, email, and internet tasks at a high level of expertise.
Must be motivated to work independently and multi-task Primary Job Responsibilities
Communicating with, supporting, and dispatching our technicians to all their jobs
Using your creative thinking & teamwork skills to ensure all your clients are taken care of each day
Plan and facilitate the schedule effectively and efficiently while providing first class service to our clients
Working in an upbeat, fast-paced environment, where your multi-tasking and logistical skills will be put to test Following up with our clients to determine satisfaction levels
Duties:
Prioritization of work orders by ETA date, tech availability, and customer priority code
Delegating information to our field techs and being able to schedule appointments and service calls in a professional manner.
Dispatching personnel by trade and geographic location
Keeping clients informed of schedules, schedule changes, and access requirements
Providing constant updates to clients and account managers
