We are a small IT firm in the S. Puget Sound area seeking a talented, reliable tech to join our team that is able to perform end-to-end support for Small to Medium sized local businesses. Duties will include a mix of onsite work at customer locations and also project, remote support, and helpdesk work performed out of our office in Fife.
Typical duties include:
-Making sure all clients receive great Customer Service
-Performing Jack of All Trades IT Support for small to medium businesses
-Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware, software, and networking issues
-Set up, install and configure customer computer hardware, software, and networking equipment
-Assist Engineers with Server hardware configuration and setup
-Perform Windows Active Directory administration tasks
-Perform Exchange and Office365 mailbox and MS Outlook administration
-Have a strong working knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and other essential IP network services
-Managing and maintaining network backup solutions
-Managing network antivirus, firewall, and security solutions
-Wireless technologies
-Providing desktop support to business owners and users
-Basic Phone Systems administration and troubleshooting
-Network cabling and patch panel/rack setup

Qualifying candidates will have at least 3 years working experience performing most or all of the above-stated duties in production environments. Starting rate is between 40K and 60K DOE for qualifying candidates but there is definitely room for growth from there. Candidates with MSP experience will qualify for top starting salary ranges.
