We are a small shop in Seattle specializing in recumbents and recumbent trikes. We are looking for someone with experience working in bike shops to run the customer facing side of the business. Experience in professional mechanics and machining/fabrication is a plus and will earn higher pay based on ability. A large portion of our work involves custom riding solutions for people with disabilities or injuries, which requires a very detail oriented mindset and ability to learn quickly and problem solve. If you demonstrate a good work ethic and have the initiative to find ways to improve our business, we are open to discussing a salaried position.
Offering $15/hr starting pay for 3+years shop experience, $20/hr for an experienced mechanic who is good with customers.
