Bristol Myers Squibb’s Cell Therapy business is entering an exciting new phase as it begins the commercialization of its first CAR T products. Commercialization drives new scope, scale, and complexity across the network, and requires manufacturing sites, global organizations, and IT systems to work together in new ways.

The Manager, Business Process Delivery (Mgr. BPD) plays a key role in leading, analyzing, and delivering a portfolio of solutions that enhance and extend the capabilities offered to Supply Chain organizations and their close partners. The Mgr. BPD leverages knowledge of Master data Management and familiarity with manufacturing processes to either deliver solutions directly, or partner closely with Information Technology (IT) peers to clarify detailed requirements and drive for functional solutions to be implemented.

The Manager is a key member of cross-functional, cross-site communities within the Cell Therapy organization. The selected candidate will work collaboratively with Global and Local Business Process Owners, and the master data/data governance Portfolio & Project Management team to understand and influence the road map for desired Master data initiatives. The position will be based in Seattle, Washington.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Work cross functionally, including with IT and other Cell Therapy stakeholders

  • Drive delivery to completion according to defined timelines and tasks during all phases related with Supply Chain projects or initiatives, as well as ongoing business activities.

  • Support and lead continuous improvement opportunities for SC processes in the master data management and manufacturing areas.

  • Act as a community expert for production master data, master data management and master data governance related among other with the manufacturing processes

  • Lead functional solution designs that impact production master data management, with a primary focus on supporting Cell Therapy requirements.

  • Write test scripts, conduct testing dry-runs and support user acceptance test phase (UAT)

  • Provide training content and support training to business SMEs

  • Play a key role in continuous improvement activities

  • Actively engage with business partners and community members

Skills/Knowledge Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business or Engineering.

  • 8 or more years of experience in supply chain environment (pharmaceutical or bio-tech industry preferred).

  • 8 or more years of experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (SAP, Oracle)

  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group

  • Experience working in a business master data organization or IT delivery team enabling production master data and master data management

  • Advance knowledge of personal computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to travel 10%
