Our client, based in Seattle, is a mission-driven organization that provides affordable housing to over 35,000 people. They partner with a variety of organizations to offer a diverse set of services and activities. They are searching for a Network Administrator (on a short term contract basis to start) who is excited to leverage their technical skills to help make the organization and the communities they serve work more efficiently. In this role, you will respond to technical support tickets, troubleshoot network infrastructure, track significant problems, primarily within their Citrix based system. This is a hands-on role with an emphasis on coordinating communication between the user community and the technical functions of IT. You will be tasked with taking initiative to recommend security and system upgrades. You will have an opportunity to work closely with the IT team to evaluate current systems and make decisions on future development.

Requirements:
5 Years of Network Administration experience including design, configuration, support, and installation.
Experience managing Citrix technologies
Experience creating process and support documentation
Experience providing technical support to end users over the phone
Network security, Active Directory, TCP/IP / DHCP / DNS.
Switches, routers, hubs and other network infrastructure
Microsoft Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012, Windows 7/8.
Bonus if you have experience with Mimecast, Solarwinds,Windows Server 2019
