Sea To Sky Realty and Management is growing and looking for an experienced full time Maintenance Technician to serve our growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties. You will be part of our management team, working with and reporting to our Property Manager to ensure high quality service to our clients, both owners and residents.
Responsibilities
Manage all maintenance aspects of our Greater Seattle area portfolio of properties
Assist Property Manager
Represent our company well with clean working, professional polite service.
Skill requirements (some if not all) : plumbing (drains, faucets, valves, etc. ) carpentry, painting, drywall and texture repair, janitorial and landscape.
Qualifications:
Experience: references to show work experience in maintenance, handyman, construction or other related areas
Available for 5 day, full time work week, and willing to be in an on-call rotation for 24/7 maintenance emergencies.
Must have a valid driver's license and dependable insured vehicle
Compensation:
$25/hour plus 1 bedroom apartment included
No smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) during work hours or on properties.
