We are seeking experienced Maintenance/Service Technicians for apartment communities in and around the Burien area. These positions are full-time and a valid drivers license, insurance and reliable vehicle is required to travel between the communities.
Responsible for the proper repair & upkeep of the apartments, buildings, common areas, completion of work orders and restoration of vacant units. Our ideal candidate will have 2 years of apartment community experience with skills in the following areas:
Standard plumbing
Carpentry
Flooring
Painting
