As the leasing agent, you are the face of the community, at the heart of our reputation for extraordinary customer service. Every day is an opportunity for you to deliver a superior customer service experience, in turn building a sense of community. You are the first point of contact, welcoming potential residents, and visitors as they arrive, touring them through the apartment community promoting its features and amenities and convert property tours to pre-leases and move-ins. This is a full-time position that reports to the Property Manager.
Responsibilities include:
Market vacancies, perform market survey
Meet and greet prospective residents, show/walk through available units
Complete traffic sheets and maintain guest card files
Perform move-ins and move-outs, rent collection, process rental forms
Issue legal notices, maintenance of all records and files
Assist with monitoring curb appeal, office and common area appearance
Administrative support, filing, answering & directing phone calls
Errand running including the purchase of supplies, mailing at post office, etc
Help with special projects
The ideal candidate will be:

Qualifications and requirements:
Must be able to work on weekends, living on-site is optional
1-3 years related experience preferred
Superb written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer proficiency
Knowledge of AppFolio and Onsite a plus
Compensation/Benefits:
Salary range: $14 - $18 per hr, DOE, + leasing bonuses, PTO, Holiday, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with company match and advance opportunities.
