You will take a role within the Learning, Engagement, Analytics and Performance team.

Why this is a good position for you

You will be a key member in the creation and execution of EA’s overall talent development, focusing primarily on leadership and management development offerings. You will work on a variety of multi-modal learning experiences including classroom-based courses, virtual learning, and social and community learning. You will have an opportunity to work with a wide variety of team members across many locations and disciplines, and will play in integral part in strengthening our talent pipeline.

Key responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role are focused on overall talent development, with an emphasis on leadership and management:

Learning offering design, development and implementation

Partner in the creation and execution of overall leadership and management development strategy

Create and deliver customized content across formal, informal and social channels

Identify the right content and delivery channel based on learning objectives, target audience, job role, and learner environment

Design, build and implement virtual, social, community-based learning offerings for EA people managers/leaders

Partner with external consultants/content providers when needed

Virtual community building and management

Identify, create, cultivate, and manage learning communities focused on strategic capabilities for the organization

Identify and help curate knowledge from subject matter experts to share across the organization

Publish content via knowledge portals, learning management systems, social sites, etc.

Project management

Create and manage detailed work plans, including tasks, resources, dependencies and milestones

Manage all aspects of a project, including time, people and dollars

Relationship management

Work effectively with people across the business, at all levels

Build and sustain productive relationships across the organization

Workshop facilitation

Facilitate and co-facilitate in-person learning experiences that accelerate sharing, collaboration and innovation

Work with key stakeholders, sponsors and LEAP team members to maximize impact of in-person learning experiences

Experience and qualifications

At least seven years’ experience in Learning and Development, or related profession

Demonstrated success as a hands-on, contributing member of a team in a performance-driven, fast-moving company

Understanding of what makes great learning experiences

Ability to translate complex content and design theories into relevant, engaging, applicable learning experiences/offerings

Hands-on experience with knowledge and community management

Demonstrated ability to build mutually-beneficial and strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

Ability to work independently with stakeholders at different levels in the organization

Experience designing, developing, managing, and delivering in person learning offerings

Strong project management capability, excellent organization and detail skills, ability to balance numerous tasks and aggressive timelines

Balance of strategic and operational capabilities

Solid verbal and written communication skills

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or related field preferred
