Job Description

This is a self motivated position, requiring ability to work independently or with a team as needed. Candidate will need to be comfortable working a flexible weekly schedule and assist with rotating on call activities.

Job Description/Duties: Sourcing, developing and managing a talent pool that aligns with the client's needs and requirements. Responsible for completing hiring process by administering skill assessments, processing applications, required documents, and conduct interviews and screenings. Efforts on accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures. Maintaining all records accurately with current filing system. Distributing safety equipment and training necessary as well as maintaining a positive safety culture. Delivering outstanding customer service to clients and being an ambassador for our brand to value and respect every temporary associate or candidate we work with. Undertaking any other tasks deemed appropriate to this role, as directed by management.

Duties:

Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering and sorting documents. Sourcing through written or verbal communication. Reviewing resumes for initial qualifications. Screening applicants, qualifying abilities, matching qualified applicants to client for placement.

Communicating with client on staffing needs, abilities and skill set requirements, schedules and culture. Delivering outstanding customer service.

Maintains applicant computer system by entering resumes, applications, test results, and requisitions; routing or rejecting resumes; forwarding payroll and wage reporting to the payroll department.

Completes interview arrangements by contacting applicants; scheduling tests and interviews; preparing agendas. Photocopying and distributing background materials.

Completes correspondence by generating job postings; participating in job fairs and sourcing events.

Verifies applicants' qualifications by administering and scoring tests; conducting preliminary reference checks.

Maintains historical reference by filing and retrieving applications.

Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping personnel data confidential.

Complies with federal, state, and local requirements by following policies and procedures.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
