As aHospital-to-Home Infant Feeding and Motor Therapist (OT or PT),this position primarily provides evaluative, therapeutic, and consultative services to infants (0-6 months) who have motor and feeding difficulties. This position will include work on our Hospital-to-Home Team (H2H) and Core Services. We work closely with families to help make the transition home easier by providing in-home therapy, community resources, and ongoing support.
