MSI is looking for a skilled professional to fill our Customer Service / Showroom Representative positions in our Seattle, WA location.

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to do the following:

Provide excellent customer service to customers in our showroom, as well as via phone and e mail communications.

Respond in a timely manner to all customer requests.

Maintain catalogs and samples stocked throughout the showrooms for easy customer access.

Retain up to date knowledge of company products.

Performs additional duties as required and or requested.

Additionally the candidate must meet the following Education and Experience requirements:

Retail Sales experience preferred.

Excellent oral and written English language communication skills.

Provide high level of customer service.

Good organizational skills.

Demonstrated experience with the use of PCs, along with the ability to navigate in a multi-window based environment.

Availability to work on Saturday.

Current Shift Available: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 9am-1pm.
